The DigiZDok – Healthcare Documentation Digitalization project has been successfully completed. Within an exceptionally short timeframe, the consortium of partners successfully developed and deployed a comprehensive solution for the digitalization of physical medical records, carrying out all key project activities—from preparing project documentation to performing comprehensive security testing.

DigiZDok is a modern centralized information system designed to convert physical medical records into digital format and securely transfer them to the Central Registry of Patient Data (CRPP). The solution supports the entire document processing lifecycle, from document scanning, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and the use of artificial intelligence for document separation and metadata extraction, to content review, validation, electronic signing, and the secure submission of documents to the national healthcare information system.

The project was successfully delivered by a consortium comprising Logitus, Soluma, Gama System, SRC Infonet, and Odvetniška družba Lemut Strle. The software solution was designed and delivered by Soluma and Gama System, providing a modern, reliable, and secure technological platform.

The project was financed under the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Slovenia.
