Gama System d.o.o. is in Slovenia a leading developer of highly efficient and innovative software under its own trademark “Gama System®” which is suitable for companies, banks and public administration.

The visitors at CeBIT 2007 will certainly be most interested in the product line for document management consisting of three products:

• "Gama System® eDocs" document management system,
• "Gama System® eDocs" document management system integration with “IBM TotalStorage DR550” (IBM’s high quality system for safe data storage; Gama System d.o.o. acquired the “Ready for IBM Tivoli Software” for it) or both together with a dedicated high performance solution for archiving electronic documents, i.e.
• "Gama System® E-Archive" system for archiving electronic documents.

Highly efficient document management system Gama System® eDocs represents the kernel of the complete solution. It is designed to support all documents in the company: those directly created inside the DMS (Word, Excel, MS Project,…), those imported from other systems (SharePoint, printer, ERP, Lotus Notes,…) and those of external origin (file system, XML schemas, e-mail, scanner,…).

Gama System® eDocs software package is very complex and efficient solution ensuring full credibility of the document management system and bringing rationalization to electronic document management in the client’s organization as well as in the repro chain. To achieve these goals Gama System® Human Resource Management and Gama System® Business Partners software packages had to be developed as prerequisites.

The Gama System® E-Archive solution is designed and optimized for collecting very large number of documents, it allows packet delivery of documents, digital signature checking, document time stamping and archiving of electronic documents. It is developed with the latest technologies (Microsoft Messaging Queue, SQL Server, .NET Framework 3.0), some parts of it use WCF (indigo). Due to the fact that the Gama System® E-Archive system for archiving electronic documents is designed to work in a cluster of servers, it can be configured to satisfy even the most demanding customers. The solution is really advanced both technology wise and performance wise.
